FEES The amount and structure of attorney fees vary greatly depending upon the nature and complexity of each case. Fees may be based upon an hourly rate, a contingency arrangement meaning that fees are payable as a percentage of the amount recovered, or, for certain limited projects, a negotiated flat rate. Initial telephone conferences are generally free of charge and all fee arrangements are detailed in written agreements after consultation and determination of the structure proper to the given case. |
